Continuous Quality Improvement

KHF strives to drive quality improvement by building consensus around important health care quality issues. This includes developing Clinical Practice and Referral Guidelines, Well Check Forms, Quality Improvement Activities and Maintenance of Certifications.

Our Approach: Measure-Analyze-Improve-Repeat

Our Goal: Realizing the Patient-Centered Medical Home

Through our joint efforts with members, other healthcare providers, healthcare organizations and thought leaders across the state our aim is to:

  • Improve the health status for all children
  • Improve access to care
  • Provide cost-effective and quality care
  • Practice a culture of patient safety
  • Improve the overall patient experience
  • Credentialing
As we focus on the Patient-Centered Medical Home the child remains at the forefront of our mission.
