Payor Issue Database

Kids Health First is proud to introduce a Payor Issue Database, which shares claim issues received from all KHF practices. This newly created digital warehouse allows your billing staff to view current trends, issues seen in EOBs, and payor payments. The database also includes timely updates and resolutions from the payors. This ability to share this information with all KHF members should enhance your ability to move through the dispute/appeal process and secure quicker resolutions. *Disclaimer-This database does not replace sending a dispute or appeal to a payor. Continue to follow payor-specific claims resolutions guidelines.
